I am a biomedical research scientist turned Nutritional Therapist and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. 

My passion is to help you understand the root causes of your symptoms, and empower you to create the conditions for health by implementing bespoke nutritional, lifestyle and mind-body solutions.

I offer personalised 1:1 programmes that provide practical step-by-step recommendations designed to have the most powerful effect because they match your specific needs, your personal pace and unique lifestyle.
