If you are happy to go ahead, Silvia will pencil in a date in which to start working with you.Next: payment is required upon agreement of a start date to secure your place and confirm your first appointment. If you are a new client, after paying for the Programme you will receive a detailed online Health Questionnaire, with an invitation to submit it at your earliest convenience, or at least 2 working days before the initial consultation. You will also receive a video call link (Zoom) to use on the day of the first consultation.

The programme includes one 90-minute in-depth assessment, followed by six further sessions across 6 months: three sessions in the first six weeks (Phase One: Stabilise), then four monthly sessions (Phase Two: Integrate), alongside short voice check-ins between monthly sessions.

The programme is designed to run over 6 months, but to allow for delays, rescheduling, or life getting in the way, all sessions must be used within 8 months of your start date.

This programme was built specifically for post-treatment fatigue. If you're looking for broader support with general health, energy, or a chronic condition, my Empowered programme is a better fit.

Yes. Paying in full is £850. If you'd prefer to spread the cost, you can pay in 2 instalments of £500 and £375 (total £875), the first payment secures your start date, and the second is due at the start of Phase Two.

As with all programmes, work is carried out both within and between sessions, so refunds for part-completed programmes are not available. If you need to pause or stop, please get in touch so we can discuss your circumstances.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes you need to cancel appointments. If you cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment you will be able to reschedule it at a later date, depending on availability. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge (£75) or will be forgone from your Programme. If there is an urgent situation and you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice please contact us as soon as possible and re-scheduling will be agreed on an individual basis.Missed appointments: failing to attend a scheduled appointment without any warning will results in that specific appointment being forgone from your Programme.
